UK Delivery

Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service or DHL depending on the value of the purchase. All UK orders incur a flat charge of £10. All orders are fully insured.

Estimated delivery time (upon completion): 1-2 days

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. 

Deliveries to the rest of the world

Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed service (not insured) or DHL (insured) depending on the value of the purchase. All International orders incur a flat charge of £15. 

Estimated delivery time (upon completion): 1-2 days (DHL), 7-10 days (RM)

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and La Nuit Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

If you are an international customer outside the UK, any duties and taxes will be your responsibility. Please be aware that any international order will be subject to it.

Lead time

This will vary depending on the piece of jewellery and my workload; generally I aim to dispatch within 6-8 weeks. However, if your order is more urgent than those turnaround times please get in touch, as I will always do my best to meet any special deadlines.
