Terms + Conditions
Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge the price of which depends on the purchase value and the shipping address. All UK orders are insured and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and for other countries Royal Mail International Tracked and signed or DHL depending on the value of the piece.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and La Nuit cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order when it gets dispatched.
Delivery time varies depending on the collection, but we endeavour to dispatch within 6-8 weeks.
Prices are correct at the time of publication. From time to time prices will change in relation to the gold price, and fluctuations in material costs - La Nuit reserves the right to review prices at any time.
Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling £GBP.
If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
A bespoke service is offered allowing customers to have entirely unique items designed especially for them by La Nuit. This service is limited to original designs that capture the ethos of the brand only. A one hour consultation can be attended in person at La Nuit's studio, or an email conversation can be arranged. Turn around times for bespoke orders are 8-10 weeks. Quotes on bespoke orders are valid for 15 days and we reserve the right to change prices prior to confirmation of order depending on the fluctuation of material costs such as precious metals.
A bespoke or customised order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order.
Please make sure to provide us with the correct ring size when placing your order. If you do not know your desired ring or bangle size, please contact us and we will send you through a ring sizer.
For bespoke and customised orders we require a 50% deposit as confirmation of your order before production can begin. At this point you will be committed to purchase. The remainder will then need to be paid in full before collection or dispatch of the order. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. Goods remain the property of La Nuit Jewellery until paid for in full.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your La Nuit jewellery pieces. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund; items need to be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order.
Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:
— Commissioned pieces (bespoke)
— Customised pieces (pieces made to order, to a specific size and/or specific stone.
— Due to “Health & Safety” laws earrings can only be returned if the goods are faulty.
All sales are final for any items purchased at a discounted rate and no exchanges or refunds will be made on discounted items.

La Nuit does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. We recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery, and international items be sent using a secure and swift fully tracked service. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid.
If you are not based in the UK and would like to return an item, please note that a customs declaration form will be required on shipping. The goods will need to be correctly detailed as ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’ in order to ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred on re-import to the UK. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.
How to Return online orders
Please return your order using a trackable service ( i.e royal mail special delivery for UK orders or DHL for international orders). Please post back the item in its original packaging and include the original delivery slip or order number with your contact details.

Processing your refund
Upon receipt of the items being returned, the Paypal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply).
We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected.
Copyrights and Designs rights
Design Rights and Copyrights remain the sole property of La Nuit. Your use of this website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to its content. Any reproduction or redistribution of the aforementioned content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.
